Coming Home to Ourselves - A Contemplative Session
This is our collective exhale. A quiet, embodied session to help you integrate what’s been stirred, witnessed, and felt. Expect softness, slowness, and space to simply exist in the glow of connection, without needing to explain or perform.
Together, we’ll move gently through a blend of grounding practices, including a guided body scan, quiet letter-writing ritual, reflection, and meditation. We’ll offer space for where you are at with optional conversation prompts if you feel like connecting, but nothing is expected of you.
This session is about being, not doing.
- Bring a journal, something to write with, and anything that helps you feel safe and at ease. A pillow, a blanket, a candle, have some quiet music ready for meditation if you like. You’re welcome to make your space your own.
- We recommend joining from somewhere private, wearing headphones if possible, and settling in with a personal intention or reflection just for yourself.
This is a live, intimate gathering and spots are limited to 100 people (it will simply be a first-come-first-in). The session will be recorded, and names/faces may be visible to others.
If you’re not able to join live, the replay will be available 48 hours after the live session has concluded.
We acknowledge the Indigenous people of the lands we have recorded on. Our speakers and hosts are located on Aboriginal Country all across the lands now called Australia and Maori lands across Aoteoroa. We pay our respect to Indigenous elders who are custodians of these lands and extend that respect to any Indigenous people attending our event.
